წმიდა მოწამე იუსტოსი წარმართი რომაელი მხედარი იყო. ერთხელ მან ზეგარდმო ჩვენებით უფლის ცხოველმყოფელი ჯვარი იხილა, რის შემდეგაც ირწმუნა ქრისტე, მთელი თავისი ქონება გლახაკებს გაუნაწილა და, ღვთის ნებას მინდობილმა, ახალი ცხოვრება დაიწყო. უსჯულოებმა შეიპყრეს და სამსჯავროზე წარადგინეს წმიდანი, სადაც მან გაბედულად აღიარა ჭეშმარიტი სარწმუნოება. ამისთვის წმინდა იუსტოსი საშინლად აწამეს, შემდეგ კი ცეცხლში დაწვეს. ნეტარის სხეული უხრწნელი დარჩა.
