ღირსი დომნინა სირიელი (+450-460) წმიდა მირონის (ხს. 14 თებერვალს) მოწაფე იყო. მან მშობლების ბაღში ისლით დახურული ქოხი ააშენა და იქ დასახლდა. საზრდელად მხოლოდ წყალში დამბალ ოსპს ღებულობდა. ღირსი დედა ყოველ განთიადს და მწუხრს ტაძარში დადიოდა ისე თავდაბურული, რომ ვერავინ ცნობდა. მისი ცხოვრების აღმწერლის, ღირსი თეოდორიტეს სიტყვებით, „ღირს დომნინას ძალიან გულში ჩამწვდომი ხმა ჰქონდა და მის სიტყვებს ყოველთვის სინანულის ცრემლები ახლდა”.
