წმიდა მოწამე ერმი (II) კომანში აღესრულა იმპერატორ ანტონინე პიუსის (138-161) დროს. კაბადოკიაში ჩასულმა იმპერატორის მოხელემ, სებასტიანმა მას კერპთა თაყვანისცემა მოსთხოვა და სანაცვლოდ დიდება და პატივი აღუთქვა. მხცოვანმა მხედარმა თამამად აღიარა ქრისტიანობა, რისთვისაც ისე ცემეს, რომ სახიდან კანი გადაძვრა. ნაწამები ერმი გახურებულ ღუმელში შეაგდეს, მაგრამ სამი დღის შემდეგ უვნებელი გამოვიდა ცეცხლიდან. ვერც შხამიანმა სასმისმა დააკლო ვერაფერი წმიდანს. ამის მხილველმა აღიარა ქრისტე და იქვე აღესრულა წარმართთა ხელით. წმიდა ერმი თავდაღმა დაკიდეს. სამი დღის შემდეგ მასთან მივიდნენ სებასტინის გამოგზავნილი კაცები და როცა კვლავ ცოცხალი იხილეს, სასწაულით გაოგნებულებმა შემწეობა ითხოვეს მისგან.
