წმიდა ეფრემი, სერბელი პატრიარქი. წმიდა ეფრემმა თავისი ბერული მოღვაწეობა ათონის მთაზე დაიწყო, შემდეგ კი სერბეთის იბროვოს მონასტრის იღუმენად აირჩიეს. 1376 წელს კი წმიდა ეფრემი სერბეთის გარდაცვლილი პატრიარქის, საბა III-ის მემკვიდრედ იქნა დადგენილი. ახალარჩეულ პატრიარქს უმძიმდა მწყემსმთავრული პატივი, მისი გული ისევ ჩუმი მოღვაწეობისაკენ მიილტვოდა. მან თავისი ნებით დატოვა საპატრიარქო კათედრა და სამოღვაწეოდ დუშანოვოს მონასტერში გადავიდა. 10 წლის შემდეგ წმიდა ეფრემი კვლავ სათავეში ჩაუდგა სერბეთის ეკლესიას და 1400 წლამდე, სიკვდილამდე ბრძნულად განაგებდა მას. წმიდა ეფრემი 88 წლის ასაკში გარდაიცვალა. მისი ცხედარი საკათედრო ტაძარში დაკრძალეს.
