Aceasta a fost pârâta la guvernatorul Apelian, ca este crestina si ca umbla pe la temnita de cauta si miluieste pe cei închisi. Drept aceea întâi au spânzurat-o si au ars-o cu lumânari aprinse. Iar ea socotea vapaia focului ca apa si adeverea catre toti ca vedea un om înfricosator rourând-o si racorind-o, pe care om îl vedeau si slujitorii. Dupa aceea chinuind-o mai cumplit, asa întru acele chinuri si-a dat sufletul lui Dumnezeu.
