Numele acestora au fost Leontie, Attus, Alexandru, Kindeus, Mnesitheus, Chiriac, Menaeus, Catunus si Eucleus. Leontie a fost tîmplar iar ceilalti plugari. Datorita marturisirii lor neînfricate a Sfintei Credinte Crestine si faptului ca au distrus templul pagîn al Artemidei, ai au fost torturati salbatic si omorîti prin taierea capului la Perga Pamfiliei, în timpul domniei lui Diocletian, facîndu-se astfel mostenitori ai împaratiei ceresti a lui Hristos.
