Ei au fost principi georgieni creştini din cetatatea Argveti. Ei au fost osîndiţi la moarte de califul Emil-el Mumenim, şi înecaţi în rîul Imereti la anul "30. Mai înainte de moartea lor, ei s-au rugat lui Dumnezeu pentru iertarea păcatelor tuturor acelora care vor chema numele lor în ajutor, în vreme de primejdii. Săvîrşindu-şi ei rugăciunea, a căzut fulger din cer, şi glas s-a auzit zicînd că ascultată este rugăciunea lor. Sfintele moaşte ale acestor mucenici odihnesc în Mînăstirea Motsameta din Georgia.
