La Mînăstirea Preasfintei Născătoare de Dumnezeu de lîngă satul Kalişto, care se află în Macedonia, la apus de Struga, Maica Domnului şi-a arătat cu putere milostivirea ei către oameni, lucrînd în mijlocul lor multe vindecări minunate. Mulţi oameni greu bolnavi şi-au găsit vindecare minunată acolo, mulţi tîlhari veniţi cu gîndul de a jefui şi distruge mînsătirea au fost pedepsiţi năprasnic de o putere nevăzută, în această mînăstire se află o sfintă icoană făcătoare de minuni a Maicii Domnului, iar în apropierea mînăstirii se află două izvoare cu ape tămăduitoare: unul închinat Sfîntului Apostol Petru, iar celălalt Sfîntului Anania. Nu departe de biserica principală se află o peşteră-paraclis închinată Sfîntului Athanasie.
