Acestia au fost muceniciti în Franta sub domnia împaratului Claudius. Dupa ce au fost decapitati, ei s-au ridicat pe picioarele lor, si-au luat capetele în mîini, au traversat rîul Ile, si au sosit la Biserica Preasfintei Nascatoare de Dumnezeu, unde Episcopul Fontanus statea la rugaciune. Intrînd în sfinta biserica, ei si-au pus capetele la picioarele episcopului si s-au întins pe pamînt, asezîndu-si mîinile pe piept în semnul crucii. Ei au fost îngropati cu cinste în acea biserica, în timpul înmormîntarii lor s-au auzit cîntînd nevazute coruri de îngeri.
