Игумен на манстирот Пеликит близу Хелеспонт. Со Духот Божји блесна како сонце. Исцелуваше болести кај луѓето и изгонуваше демони. Во времето на Лав Ерменин настана иконоборно гонење во кое пострада и овој Божји човек. Го испратија во ропство во прогонство близу Ефес заедно со неговите четириесетмина монаси и во 754 година се упокои во затворот.
