Одржан во Цариград. Првото заседание беше во 681 година, а второто во 691 година. Овој Собор ги осуди еретиците монотелити, коишто погрешно учеа дека Христос имаше само Божествена волја, без човечката. Беа донесени и неколку правила за дисциплината и редот кај свештенството.
