Родум од Мимос, актер. Најпрво пред царот Јулијан Отстапник ги исмеваше христијаните. Така еднаш исмевајќи ја христијанската тајна на Крштението на сцената се потопи себеси во вода, изговарајќи ги зборовите: „Во името на Отецот и Синот и Светиот Дух!“ Кога излезе од водата возвикна: „Сега сум христијанин!“ Сите мислеа дека се шегува како глумец, како и секогаш, но тој остана на своето, престана да ги исмева христијаните и најпосле пострада за Христа. Обезглавен во 361 година, се пресели во Царството Небесно.
