Еднаш еден брат го запраша: „Кој пат води кон смирението?“ На ова Титој му одговори: „Патот кон смирението се воздржанието, молитвата и мислата за себе како за понизок од сѐ што постои.“ Достигна мошне висок степен на совршенство. Кога ги креваше рацете на молитва неговиот дух влегуваше во екстаза. Се упокои во 4 или 5 век. Заедно со него се споменува и преподобен Ивистион.
