Така се вика иконата на Пресвета Богородица којашто Св. Сава Српски ја донесе од манастирот на Св. Сава Осветен кај Ерусалим и ја положи во неговата Посница на Кареја на Света Гора. Вака се исполни пророштвото на Св. Сава Осветен изречено осумстотини години претходно, дека ќе дојде некој свештеник српски Сава и дека таа икона и неговиот жезол треба да му ги предадат нему. Кога тој ја посетил обителта на Св. Сава Осветен, монасите се сетиле на ова пророштво на основачот на својата обител и му ги предале иконата и жезолот. Оваа икона е поставена на десната страна од царските двери во Посница, а жезолот во една келија наречена Патерица, на Кареја.
