Η Αγία αυτή ήταν θεραπαινίδα της βασίλισσας Κωνστάντιας, συζύγου του Λικινίου, η οποία βασίλισσα απομάκρυνε τη Γλαφυρά από τις ερωτικές διαθέσεις του Λικινίου, αφού την εφοδίασε με πολλά χρήματα. Η Αγία πήγε προς την Ανατολή, όπου περιπλανήθηκε σε πολλούς τόπους. Τελικά κατάληξε στην Αμάσεια και παρουσιάστηκε στον επίσκοπο της πόλης αυτής Βασιλέα (εορτάζει στις 26 Απριλίου), στον όποιο παρέδωσε τα χρήματα της για την ανέγερση Ναού, και απεβίωσε ειρηνικά στην Αμάσεια.
