Οι Όσιοι Ισαάκ, Κλήμης, Κύριλλος, Νικήτας και Νικηφόρος Αλφάνωφ ήσαν αδελφοί και έζησαν κατά τον 14ο αιώνα μ.Χ. στο Νόβγκοροντ. Το 1389 ίδρυσαν το μοναστήρι του Σοκολνίτσκι και ασκήτεψαν εκεί θεοφιλώς. Κοιμήθηκαν με ειρήνη. Λόγω μιας πυρκαγιάς, που κατέστρεψε το μοναστήρι του Σοκολνίτσκι, τα ιερά λείψανά τους μετακομίσθηκαν στο μοναστήρι του Αντώνιεβ το 1775. Η μνήμη τους τιμάται, επίσης, στις 17 Ιουνίου.
