Ο Άγιος Μάρτυς Ευλόγιος καταγόταν από την Παλαιστίνη και ήταν υιός πλούσιων ειδωλολατρών γονέων. Ο ίδιος, αφού έγινε Χριστιανός και βαπτίσθηκε, μετά τον θάνατο των γονέων του, διαμοίρασε τα πλούτη του στους πτωχούς και περιερχόταν σε όλη την πόλη και τη χώρα, διδάσκοντας στους ειδωλολάτρες τον λόγο του Χριστού και βαπτίζοντας πολλούς από αυτούς στο όνομα του Πατρός και του Υιού και του Αγίου Πνεύματος.
