Ὁ Ὅσιος Πιὼρ καταγόταν ἀπὸ τὴν Αἴγυπτο καὶ ἔζησε κατὰ τὸ β’ ἥμισυ τοῦ 4ου αἰῶνος μ.Χ. Εἰκοσαετής, ἐγκατέλειψε τὸν κόσμο καὶ κατέφυγε στὴν ἔρημο, ὅπου συνάντησε τὸν Ἅγιο Ἀντώνιο καὶ ἔγινε ὑποτακτικός του. Ἀργότερα, μὲ τὴν εὐλογία τοῦ διδασκάλου του, ἀποσύρθηκε στὰ ἐνδότερα τῆς ἐρήμου καὶ ἐκεῖ πλέον ἔζησε μὲ σκληρὴ ἄσκηση. Ἐκοιμήθηκε μὲ εἰρήνη, σὲ ἡλικία ἑκατὸ περίπου ἐτῶν, πρὶν τὸ 395 μ.Χ.

- To do a completely new approach with banners and a small calendars for other sites,
- To do good application for desktop computers ...
