Pyhät marttyyrit Alevtina (Aleutina / Valentina), Paavali ja Khione (Khionea) olivat Egyptistä. Kristittyjen vainon aikana keisari Maximianin (305-313) hallituskaudella heidät vietiin Palestiinan Kesareaan. Ilman pienintäkään pelkoa he tunnustivat itsensä Kristuksen seuraajiksi. Vuonna 308 sisaret Alevtina ja Khione poltettiin, ja Paavali mestattiin.
