Hesekielin kirja (hepreaksi ספר יחזקאל, Sefer Yəḥezqel) on yksi Raamatun Vanhan testamentin suurista profeetallisista kirjoista. Se on suomalaisen Raamatun 26. ja juutalaisten Tanakhin Nevi'imin yhdeksäs kirja. Profeetta Hesekiel eli Israelissa noin vuoden 600 eKr. molemmin puolin.
