Para estos Apóstoles nos relata el Evangelista Lucas:” Y despues de estas cosas, designó el Señor aun otros setenta, los cuales envió de dos en dos delante de sí, á toda ciudad y lugar á donde Él había de venir.” (Lucas 10:1). Para esta lucha tuvieron que poner mucho esfuerzo y actitud sin perder un instante, por eso les dijo, no se detengan ni a saludar a nadie en el camino. Él Señor les pidió a los Setenta Apóstoles No llevéis bolsa, ni alforja, ni calzado; ¿Por qué? Para que se note que los soldados de Cristo deben tener abnegación y estar familiarizados con las privaciones.
