An diesem Tage wird der Ikone der Gottesmutter Namens "Es ist würdig" (auf Griechisch - "Axion estin") gedacht. Die Ikone befand sich in der Zelle eines Mönches auf dem hl. Berg Athos, als einer der gewöhnlichen Hausikonen.
