弗科洛是神学家圣约安的弟子，圣约安按立了弗科洛为士麦那的主教。在士麦那地区，接受浸礼的人并不多。在异教徒的黑暗世界中，弗科洛如同一盏明灯。弗科洛以其所有的美德而著称，尤其是他的温顺和谦卑。在离世之前，他曾按立了荣耀的颇利卡尔普为主教作为他的继任者。而后安然离世，得以进入基督的国度。

- To work towards the further development of the project, adapting it for mobile devices and modern technologies
- To do the annual calendar, display showing the liturgical readings per week
- To supplement existing content
- To do a completely new approach with banners and a small calendars for other sites,
- To do good application for desktop computers ...
