纳胡姆的主要纪念日是12月23日，6月20日是夏季纪念他的节日。在夏季期间众多人都会在圣纳胡姆修道院聚集。许多病人来到这里，或是被别人带到这里，通过他们的信仰，或是向这位圣人的圣髑进行祷告以求医治疾病。不仅仅是东正教教徒，其他信仰的信徒也前来这里寻求这位圣人的医治。1926年，一位来自雷斯纳的穆斯林人为修道院捐赠了一个大钟，就是为了表示感谢，因为圣纳胡姆使他的兄弟从死里复活。这位捐赠人就是杰麦尔·兹佐和他的兄弟。他的兄弟名叫苏雷曼·兹佐。他们都是雷斯纳显赫的人物。
