Света Антуса, дъщеря на богати родители от град Селевкия, след като приела кръщение, се подвизавала 23 години в пустинята. Атанасий, епископ на Тарс Киликийски, който кръстил света Антуса, бил посечен с меч при царуването на Аврелиан (270-275); от същата смърт загинали и Харисим и Неофит, които се кръстили заедно с господарката си. Света Антуса се преставила в мир дълго време след тяхната мъченическа кончина (след повече от 20 години).
