Nu se cunoaşte despre acest sfînt decît ceea ce însuşi a descoperit prin vedenie poporului din Borovichi, oraşul lui, după sfînta lui adormire, într-o zi din anul 1540, trupul lui a fost aflat plutind pe apele rîului Meta, şi adus la ţărm în apropiere de oraşul Borovichi. La sfintele acelea moaşte s-au lucrat mulţime de minuni.
