Die Heiden hängten den hl. Märtyrern schwere Steine an die Füße, schunden sie mit Eisen, sperrten sie in ein Gefängnis und hängten sie schließlich an Bäume, an welche sie mit den Köpfen festgenagelt wurden. Sie starben im Jahre 297 unter Kaiser Diokletianos zu Samosata in Syrien, am Euphrat.
